Hosting on the prestigious 10x Stage, we led high-impact discussions shaping AI’s future with top minds in tech and business.
At Expand North Star 2024, we had the privilege of hosting two impactful sessions on the highly regarded 10x Stage — a platform that consistently attracts some of the sharpest minds in tech, investment, and entrepreneurship. It’s the kind of space where deep discussions happen, driving conversations that influence the future of AI and innovation.
'Unlocking AI’s True Value' explored AI’s shift from trends to practical impact, with insights from QuantumBlack’s Chiara Marcati.
Our first session, "Unlocking AI’s True Value: How Pragmatic Practices Drive Success," featured a compelling interview with Chiara Marcati, Partner at QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and was moderated by Alessio Garofalo, Board Advisor at AGCC and CTO & CIO at Oxagon NEOM. Rather than diving into the latest AI trends, the session focused on the shift towards practical applications—how organizations are moving away from deploying AI without context and instead zeroing in on real problems and workflows.
Chiara highlighted the role of practices over technology, demonstrating how real-world impact is achieved through thoughtful integration of AI into existing processes. The UAE's position as a leader in scaling these solutions was a key point, underscoring why it’s fast becoming a global hub for AI innovation.
